We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Strategic Finance team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and operations. This position combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution across key corporate finance areas, providing a holistic view of the business.

About the Team

The Strategic Finance team is tasked with tackling some of Zapier's most critical business challenges. We combine deep analytical capabilities with a strong understanding of business priorities to inform decision-making, evaluate investments, and drive efficient capital allocation, acting as trusted thought partners for sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead components of the monthly and annual financial planning cycles, collaborating with teams to build forecasts and drive resource allocation.
• Analyze key trends in revenue, costs, and growth metrics to provide strategic insights and inform executive decisions.
• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning, new initiatives, and strategic investments.
• Partner cross-functionally with R&D; and G&A; teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
• Proven experience building both bottoms-up and high-level financial models.
• Ability to own processes end-to-end, demonstrating initiative and thriving in ambiguity.
• Resourceful approach to problem-solving, questioning the status quo and adapting creatively.
• Strong analytical curiosity, with a focus on data analysis, trend identification, and truth-seeking.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable driving cross-functional alignment and delivering quality work with minimal oversight.

• Experience writing SQL.
