About the Role
Zapier is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead our Demand Generation and Lifecycle teams, driving high-impact campaigns that generate sales pipeline and revenue as we expand into the mid-market and enterprise space.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Demand Generation and Lifecycle teams, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel demand generation strategies.
- Drive pipeline growth through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Build and optimize Product Qualified Lead (PQL) motions leveraging email, in-product messaging, and behavioral signals.
- Implement automation workflows to improve marketing efficiency, streamline reporting, and optimize campaign execution.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales to engage high-value accounts.
- Optimize lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads through the customer journey.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate tracking and reporting on MQLs, SQLs, PQLs, pipeline, and revenue impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation with a strong track record of driving pipeline growth.
- Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that convert to sales opportunities.
- Experience fueling a Sales-Led Growth motion within a Product-Led Growth company.
- Deep understanding of automation and experience building efficient marketing workflows.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data-driven marketing techniques.
- Strong understanding of the full customer journey from awareness to expansion.
- Experience leading and optimizing lifecycle marketing and ABM programs.
- Data-driven approach to marketing, including experimentation, testing, and optimization.
- Collaborative leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across marketing and sales teams.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging marketing technologies.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience experimenting with AI-driven marketing solutions.
- Familiarity with optimizing paid media activities (though not directly owning).
