About the Role

Join 1Password as a Sr. Manager of Renewals to build, lead, and scale our global renewals function. This strategic remote role, open to candidates in the United States and Canada, is critical for driving retention, minimizing churn, and optimizing recurring revenue across our customer base, contributing significantly to our mission of digital safety.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a global renewals function.
• Drive customer retention and minimize churn.
• Uncover growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Optimize recurring revenue across the customer base.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
• Define and execute scalable renewal strategies aligned with customer lifecycle and business objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building, managing, and mentoring high-performing renewal management teams.
• Proven experience in both fast-paced startups and established enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated data-driven and customer-focused leadership.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS business models and renewal processes.
