Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored for private and institutional clients across Europe and globally.
• Drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted campaigns, content, and events.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials and communications relevant to sophisticated investors.
• Analyze market trends, client insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and client service teams to ensure a seamless and premium client experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) in marketing, with a significant focus on private clients, high-net-worth individuals, or institutional segments, preferably within financial services or technology.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency or broader financial markets, with a genuine interest in blockchain technology.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a sophisticated audience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, and globally distributed team environment.
