Sr. Manager, Product Design - Growth

About the Role

This pivotal role leads the product design strategy for our growth initiatives, focusing on optimizing user journeys and driving business impact. It's an exciting opportunity to shape intuitive and effective user experiences that foster engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Define and execute the design vision and strategy for growth-focused products and features.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business goals into compelling design solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and A/B tests to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses.
• Drive the end-to-end design process, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality execution and user satisfaction.
• Champion user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a significant focus on growth, conversion, or user acquisition.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, leading design teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful growth-oriented design projects and a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
• Expert proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with data-informed design, A/B testing methodologies, and iterating based on performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or B2B environment.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, integration platforms, or similar product categories.
