Sr. Product Manager, Engagement

About the Role

Join the Growth team at Kraken as a Sr. Product Manager, focusing on driving user engagement and loyalty across our Kraken and Pro platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for engagement and loyalty, aligning with growth goals.
• Own key product metrics such as retention rate, session frequency, and LTV.
• Drive product development across the full lifecycle, focusing on utility and repeat usage.
• Develop and implement growth loops and in-product mechanics (gamification, rewards, social, habit-forming design).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to run A/B and multivariate tests and make data-informed decisions.
• Partner with Marketing and Lifecycle teams on targeted engagement campaigns and personalized messaging.
• Design and refine client segmentation frameworks to personalize experiences.
• Collaborate with Business Leads for Consumer and Pro segments to align product goals with user personas and market demands.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years focused on engagement, retention, or lifecycle growth (preferably in crypto or fintech).
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Experience in growth methodology and running experiments.

About the Team

You will be a critical member of the Engage group within the Growth organization, responsible for building long-term product value and loyalty on Kraken and Pro products (mobile and web). The Growth team is a cross-functional group focused on step-changing user growth and revenue.
