As a Senior Product Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the product development lifecycle and ensuring seamless delivery of Kraken's innovative crypto products. Responsibilities

• Streamline and improve product development processes and workflows.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across product, engineering, marketing, and support teams.
• Support product launches, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch analysis.
• Identify and implement tools and systems to enhance product operational efficiency.
• Document best practices and standardize operational procedures for product teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Product Operations, Program Management, or similar role, preferably within a tech or fintech company.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology is a significant advantage.
