About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs related to Kyriba financial systems, from planning to execution and closure.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure successful implementation and optimization of Kyriba modules, integrating them with existing financial processes.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among all stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status and key decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager, specifically with a focus on financial systems.
• Strong expertise in Kyriba Treasury Management System, including implementation and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management.
• Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• PMP or other relevant program management certifications.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
