About the Role

Join CF Benchmarks, a Kraken subsidiary and leading provider of cryptocurrency benchmarks, as a Sr. Sales & BD Lead. Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts across Europe, focusing on client acquisition and volume growth for CF Benchmarks products.
• Generate, filter, and pursue client leads through both inbound and outbound activities.
• Manage a portfolio of institutional clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Take complete ownership of the end-to-end sales process.
• Play a key role in executing and refining the firm's go-to-market strategy.
• Work closely with the index content and marketing teams to achieve commercial objectives.
• Gather market intelligence and provide strategic feedback to inform product development.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a highly ambitious and driven sales professional.
• Proven ability to lead sales initiatives and expand client bases.
• Experience managing institutional client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
• Ability to execute and refine go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in or familiarity with cryptocurrency, financial benchmarks, or related financial products.
