About the Role

Join Firework as a hands-on Sr. Sales Development Representative to drive enterprise sales pipeline growth in Mexico and LatAm using cutting-edge AI and video commerce tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process by researching accounts and contacting prospects using outreach engagement tools to set meetings and generate pipeline leads
• Conduct discovery conversations with potential inbound and outbound prospects in assigned territories
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and other teams to increase conversion rates with high-quality pipeline
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other sales operations tools

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience owning outbound lead generation and prospecting in a mid-market or enterprise sales organization
• Tech-savvy with comfort picking up new tools fast, including AI tools like Claude
• Must be able to speak, write, read, and present in English and Spanish
