Responsibilities

• Be the authentic voice of Zapier, engaging with our audience in comments and conversations across various platforms.
• Manage and strategize Zapier’s Reddit presence, building credibility and positively influencing discussions (with agency support).
• Share Zapier’s key updates on Twitter/X and LinkedIn in fresh, engaging, and accessible ways.
• Stay abreast of internet culture and trends, quickly surfacing new formats and bringing creative ideas to life.
• Collaborate with Customer Advocacy, Influencer Marketing, and GTM teams to support campaigns, amplify stories, and align messaging.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and propose new resources to continuously improve channel reach and strategy.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of internet culture and the ability to translate trends into on-brand, engaging content across platforms.
• An AI-First Mindset, leveraging Zapier and AI tools daily to streamline workflows and accelerate content creation.
• Exceptional creative writing and storytelling skills, capable of crafting witty, smart, and human-sounding posts and comments.
• A strategic operator who balances creative instincts with a data-driven approach, learning from results and experimenting often.
• Proven experience in managing and growing social media channels, including Reddit, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.
• Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
