Senior Technical Account Manager

About the Role

Join our growing Enterprise team as a Sr. Technical Account Manager. In this role, you will work directly with our most strategic customers, helping them design scalable workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and build long-term automation strategies that drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 priority support for Enterprise customers, resolving business-critical issues promptly and effectively.
• Offer comprehensive technical guidance and troubleshoot complex problems.

Requirements

• Deep experience (7+ years) in technical customer support for upmarket or Enterprise customers, API support, SaaS environments, or consulting roles.
• Strong technical acumen, including the ability to read logs, debug technical workflows, interpret error messages, and navigate backend systems.
• Understanding of webhooks, APIs, and authentication schemes, with the ability to explain these concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with common programming languages and coding concepts (ability to read, understand, and debug basic code).
• Experience working closely with Enterprise customers and tailoring approaches to varied technical backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Passion for automation and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
• Familiarity with AI tooling or a willingness to learn and use it regularly.

Nice-to-Haves

• Working knowledge of JavaScript or Python, especially in automation or data transformation use cases.
