Responsibilities

• Deliver technical expertise and solutions that empower technology partners, agencies, and advertisers to seamlessly integrate with Reddit’s advertising platform.
• Drive cutting-edge AdTech integrations and launch and manage strategic partnership programs.
• Contribute directly to implementation across Reddit’s stack or in the codebases of partners (or direct advertisers).
• Own the end-to-end technical relationship with Reddit’s most important advertising partners.
• Shape the long-term strategy for how Reddit integrates and grows with partners.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, sales, and business development teams to connect Reddit’s capabilities to the evolving needs of the market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Business Engineering or similar role, with a strong focus on advertising API products and platform integrations.
• Deep technical consulting skills combined with hands-on engineering ability, including direct contribution to codebases.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic AdTech integrations and manage technical aspects of partnerships.
• Experience leading technical relationships and influencing long-term strategic direction.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
