Staff Business Program Manager, Security

About the Role

Join our Engineering Operations team as a Staff Business Program Manager, Security, where you will be a strategic thought partner and operational leader for the CISO/CIO, driving high-impact security programs and aligning them with the broader Technology organization's vision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted thought partner and strategic lead to the CISO/CIO within the Technology organization.
• Embed with the security team to deeply understand its priorities, culture, and operational methods.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to advance the team’s mission and ensure alignment with wider Technology organization strategy and rhythms.
• Manage high-impact programs across the Technology organization, including scoping solutions, building buy-in, and setting milestones.
• Keep stakeholders aligned on program progress and objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic and operational leadership, ideally within a technology or security context.
• Strong program management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex initiatives.
• Excellent ability to understand organizational priorities, culture, and ways of working.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and align diverse stakeholders across an organization.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership (e.g., CISO/CIO) and cross-functional teams.

About the Team

You will be an integral part of the Engineering Operations (EngOps) team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Engineering Operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CISO/CIO and collaborate across the entire Technology organization to drive critical security initiatives.
