Staff Customer Success Manager, Majors (Financial Services)

About the Role

Join our team as a Staff Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic business partner for our most important financial services customers. You will drive long-term account health and ensure our clients realize measurable value from our security solutions through high-touch, consultative engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders within large financial institutions.
• Lead business-focused onboarding, success planning, and value delivery milestones in coordination with technical teams.
• Facilitate executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align our offerings with customer business objectives.
• Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate renewal risks by demonstrating consistent product value.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmaps and cross-functional strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulatory and compliance drivers like SOC 2, FedRAMP, or PCI DSS.
• Ability to communicate credibly regarding software supply chain security, vulnerability management, or DevSecOps.
• Proven track record of navigating complex organizational structures and managing executive-level relationships.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience managing strategic accounts within the cybersecurity or infrastructure software sectors.
• Direct experience working with banks, asset managers, insurers, or fintech organizations.
• Familiarity with the specific security and compliance obligations that influence procurement cycles in regulated industries.
• Previous experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
