Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities to attract new users, increase engagement, and drive retention to build long-term product strategy.
• Influence strategic roadmaps by providing data-driven insights into user behaviors and needs.
• Design robust metrics to evaluate business health and product success, including necessary ETL development.
• Lead the full experimentation lifecycle, from design through execution and analysis, to maximize learnings and guide future investment decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on consumer products and user behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and roadmaps through data-driven insights.
• Expertise in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B experiments.
• Strong skills in metric definition, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to convey complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
