About the Role

Join our Ads Data Science team to lead high-impact initiatives in measurement, identity, and signal quality that directly shape the future of advertising on Reddit. This is a strategic, high-autonomy role where you will drive technical excellence and influence cross-functional roadmaps to solve complex industry challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement probabilistic models for identity resolution to maximize addressability while prioritizing user privacy.
• Own the statistical rigor for Brand and Conversion Lift products, innovating on experimental design and infrastructure.
• Define strategies for new signal sources, mathematically quantifying their value and integrating them into predictive models to improve bidding efficiency.
• Establish ground truth and evaluation frameworks to validate identity and measurement accuracy.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with engineering, product, and sales to drive execution and set technical standards.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Operations Research.
• 6-10+ years of industry experience in applied science or data science roles.
• Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including attribution and lift measurement.
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
• Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, causal inference, or A/B testing methodologies.
• Proven track record of influencing product and engineering partners in fast-paced environments.
