Responsibilities

• Define and drive innovative AI concepts and solutions.
• Shape the technical direction and architecture for new AI initiatives.
• Guide the execution of greenfield projects, from conception to deployment.
• Develop and implement tools and workflows utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Contribute to setting new standards for AI and Agentic workflow security.
• Explore and integrate impactful AI features within the 1Password product.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience building tools and workflows with LLMs.
• Deep understanding of current AI technologies, including their capabilities and constraints.
• A clear vision for the future direction and potential of AI.
• Strong industry connections and a proactive approach to staying current with AI advancements.
