Responsibilities

• Inspire engineering efforts, ideating and implementing new solutions and technologies.
• Drive the adoption of best practices through architecture, system design, and hands-on team contribution.
• Spearhead the development of critical products and features focused on the admin persona of Enterprise Password Manager.
• Shape the technical direction and strategy of projects, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and influencing product roadmaps.
• Develop a culture of excellence and continuous learning, mentoring engineers and fostering skill development.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and facilitating decision-making.
• Tackle complex technical problems proactively, anticipating roadblocks and offering creative, efficient solutions.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in system architecture, software development, and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge in strategic planning.
• Proven hands-on leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, guide, and inspire teams, with a track record of leading successful engineering projects.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to influence strategy at various organizational levels and create/review proposals for new technologies.
• Strong capability to set and pursue technical goals, driving projects to completion while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
• Adeptness in identifying, understanding, and solving complex technical problems with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
• Eagerness to stay updated with the latest technological developments and adapt to new tools and practices.
