About the Role

Join our team as a Staff Performance Video Content Producer to bridge the gap between brand design and performance marketing, owning the end-to-end production pipeline for high-impact video advertising. You will architect scalable workflows that blend creative craft with data-driven insights to drive conversion and global growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and execution of critical video advertising assets for performance marketing campaigns.
• Build and operate modular production workflows to facilitate rapid generation of hooks, iterations, and variants.
• Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to translate performance metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS into actionable creative improvements.
• Mentor team members on motion design, visual storytelling, and the application of performance data to creative decision-making.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in motion design and video production with a portfolio demonstrating high-performing assets.
• Proven ability to translate data-driven insights into measurable improvements in marketing performance.
• Strong expertise in managing complex production schedules and large-scale campaign lifecycles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to simplify workflows and enhance production efficiency.

• Prior experience working in a fully remote, globally distributed team environment.
