• Define and optimize workflows, gestures, and common frameworks within Webflow's core designer.
• Lead discovery, user research, and ideation processes for new product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product management to plan, design, and execute exciting new features.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design solutions for complex products.
• Proficiency in user research methodologies, ideation techniques, and defining comprehensive user workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management.
• Understanding of modern web development technologies and visual design principles.
