Staff Product Manager, Pro UI

About the Role

As a Staff Product Manager for Pro UI, you will lead the strategic vision and execution for our professional trading platform's user interface, shaping an intuitive and powerful experience for advanced users in the crypto space. This is an exciting opportunity to drive significant impact on a global, remote team.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Pro UI, focusing on advanced trading features and user experience.
• Conduct in-depth user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and user needs.
• Translate complex user requirements into clear, actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and other product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the user experience and achieve business goals.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on complex user interfaces or professional trading platforms.
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful products that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for high-performance applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and globally distributed environment.
• Experience working with agile development methodologies.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial trading industry.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and A/B testing.
• Technical background or strong understanding of software development processes.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
