About the Role

Join our team as a Staff Salesforce Engineer, where you'll be instrumental in architecting and developing innovative technical solutions to complex business challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a technical leader, driving the transformation of our CRM systems from Lead-to-Cash processes and making a significant impact on our operations.

This is a remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in North America.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform technologies.
• Serve as a technical architect, providing guidance on best practices, system design, and integration strategies for our CRM ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical specifications and solutions.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and Salesforce best practices.
• Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and system performance.
• Integrate Salesforce with other critical business systems and third-party applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer or Architect, with a strong focus on CRM systems.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce declarative and programmatic capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required; Application Architect or System Architect certifications are highly desirable.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce development.
• Prior experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
