About the Team

The Ads Infrastructure Excellence team is responsible for owning scalable, repeatable architecture components and developer tools. Our primary goal is to ensure the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of the shared infrastructure used to build and support Reddit Ads.

Responsibilities

• Evolution of the Reddit Ads stack: Lead the advancement of the Ads tech stack, leveraging existing Reddit centralized resources and innovating beyond them to address unique scaling and performance challenges specific to ads.
• Engineering velocity: Identify and implement the shortest path to build and productionize systems, without compromising on quality. This includes democratizing developer velocity, making it independent of a vertical team's size or their infrastructure/system expertise.
