Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with product and ML engineers, product managers, and designers to identify and implement AI solutions.
• Improve the Webflow user experience through innovative AI-powered features.
• Cultivate an environment of excellence, care, and curiosity within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Staff Software Engineer or in a similar senior software engineering role.
• Strong background in software development, particularly with applied AI and machine learning concepts.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• The Applied AI team is dedicated to enhancing website building and design through the power of AI.
• Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada).
• This role reports to an Engineering Manager.
