Staff Software Engineer, Developer Productivity

About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to define and drive the future of how our engineering teams build, test, and deliver software. This high-impact role focuses on reducing cycle time, increasing system reliability, and enabling world-class developer experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end deployment strategy, from CI pipelines to production rollout.
• Own and evolve our GitOps-based deployment platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease of use.
• Design and implement safe, progressive delivery mechanisms including canary releases, blue/green deployments, and feature flags.
• Set technical direction and architecture standards to improve developer velocity across the organization.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and build internal tooling to improve workflows.
• Mentor engineers and act as a force multiplier through technical leadership and design reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Deep expertise in modern deployment systems, including Kubernetes, GitOps workflows, ArgoCD, and Argo Rollouts.
• Strong track record of scaling CI/CD systems and improving developer productivity in large organizations.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code (Terraform or Pulumi).
• Excellent communication skills with business-level fluency in English.
