About the Role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, Product Managers, and engineers across teams to plan and build product capabilities aligned with Structure goals.
• Champion technical standards while effectively balancing business strategies and product requirements.
• Build, document, and rigorously test production code that impacts all Webflow customers.
• Lead complex projects contributing directly to team and engineering organization deliverables.
• Participate actively in all engineering activities, including incident response, technical specification design/review, code review, and feature release.
• Mentor, coach, and inspire engineers across various experience levels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience shipping features and products, with a strong focus on web frameworks and platforms.
• Deep understanding of the Web Platform, Design Systems, and the intersection of platform building and customer enablement.
• Proven ability to debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the technology stack.
• Expertise in data design and modeling.
• Familiarity with Node.js, React, TypeScript, framework development, and design systems.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to meet both technical and business requirements.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
