Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on implementing multiplayer branching experiences, site workflows, and next-generation publishing pipelines.
• Design and build secure software with a strong focus on user experience.
• Develop thoughtful, resilient solutions to intricate consistency problems within distributed systems.
• Contribute as a backend-leaning fullstack engineer, ensuring successful feature delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Staff or Senior Software Engineer, with a strong backend focus.
• Expertise in designing and implementing distributed systems, particularly those involving complex consistency challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to build secure, high-quality software with an emphasis on user experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a motivation to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Empathy for customers and a commitment to delivering impactful product features.
