About the Role

As a Staff Team Member Relations Partner, you will be instrumental in cultivating a positive and equitable work environment across our EMEA region. This role offers a unique opportunity to champion fair practices and support our diverse, remote-first team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Provide expert guidance to managers and team members on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations across various EMEA countries.
• Develop and implement proactive strategies to foster team member engagement and a healthy workplace culture.
• Collaborate with legal and HR partners on sensitive and high-impact cases.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in employee relations or HR business partnering, with a strong focus on investigations.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough, objective, and confidential investigations.
• Exceptional communication, mediation, and interpersonal skills, adaptable to a remote setting.
• Proven experience working effectively in a remote-first or globally distributed organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fluency in additional European languages.
