Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of cross-cutting, company-wide business initiatives spanning Docker's technology ecosystem.
• Orchestrate complex programs focused on improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and establishing engineering excellence practices.
• Own and lead company-wide initiatives including large-scale migration projects, cost optimization programs, and cross-team standardization efforts.
• Translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical programs.
• Navigate and manage complex interdependencies across Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Work directly with executive leadership to align on strategic technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, ideally at a Staff level, driving strategic business initiatives.
• Exceptional technical depth and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across an entire organization.
• Experience operating at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution.
• Strong program management skills to manage complex, company-wide projects.
