Strategic Account Executive

About the Role

This role is for a driven Strategic Account Executive passionate about scaling growth in the multifamily and property maintenance tech space. You will solve real operational problems for apartment operators by closing complex SaaS deals, leveraging your expertise in AI, automation, and modernizing property operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive significant growth by scaling sales in the multifamily and property maintenance technology sector.
• Solve complex operational problems for apartment operators through strategic SaaS solutions.
• Lead and close multi-stakeholder deals, confidently navigating C-suite conversations.
• Actively hunt and self-generate leads, operating with urgency to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage a robust sales process, including stakeholder mapping and timeline alignment, to ensure successful deal closure.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably within real estate, property management, or facilities software.
• Proven track record of closing complex deals valued at $50K–$150K+ involving multi-product solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to sell to technical, operational, and C-level buyers, simplifying complex solutions effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel 30-50% for client meetings and industry events.
• Strong drive for hunting new business, self-generating leads, and operating with a high sense of urgency.
