About the Role
Join Chainguard as a Strategic Account Executive, a pivotal role focused on building strong relationships with key decision-makers and evangelizing secure and reliable software solutions. This remote position in the United Kingdom offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales by showcasing the immense value of Chainguard's expertise to strategic customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory.
- Convey value proposition and product differentiators to prospects and customers.
- Forecast, meet, and consistently exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and manage a robust leads funnel through inbound and outbound strategies.
- Manage business and track opportunities using CRM and other supporting tools.
- Collaborate across product, support, and sales engineering teams to improve the sales cycle.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive market and offerings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience, with 3-4 years specifically selling to Strategic Customers.
- Fluency in French.
- Domain experience with one or more of the following: Compute platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DevOps Tooling, CICD platforms (Github, Gitlab, Jenkins), and overall SDLC.
- Strong track record of consistently overachieving sales targets.
- Ability to quickly learn new products and processes.
- Competitive and driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
