Strategic Account Manager

About the Role

Join Sardine's growing customer success team as a Strategic Account Manager, a pivotal role combining account management and solution architecture. You will be instrumental in maximizing customer value from our fraud, payments, and compliance products, collaborating closely with internal teams to meet critical client needs.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing both day-to-day issues and long-term opportunities to maximize ROI.
• Develop a deep understanding of Sardine's product, technology, and strategy, and effectively communicate these to customers.
• Translate complex product and technology challenges into simple, actionable solutions, managing the solution process internally and externally.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices related to fraud and compliance.
• Establish, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to clients.
• Contribute strategic analysis and critical thinking to long-term expansion planning.
• Collaborate with risk analytics teams to proactively address new fraud typologies and communicate findings to customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS.
• Understanding of how customers integrate APIs.
• Domain experience in compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to derive insights from data.
• Proficiency in using business intelligence tools.
• Capability to translate complex strategies into actionable processes and measurable outcomes.
• Natural ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Strong presentation skills for both virtual and in-person engagements with diverse stakeholders.
• Previous customer-facing experience, preferably with a technical product.
