Strategic Business Development Lead

About the Role

Join our dynamic Enterprise Sales team as a Strategic Business Development Lead to drive pipeline generation across major European organizations. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic account planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted outbound strategies and campaigns for complex Enterprise accounts.
• Identify key market segments and structure campaigns to generate pipeline at scale.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives, Key Account Managers, Marketing, and Sales Operations to create repeatable sourcing programs.
• Engage with senior stakeholders in strategic accounts to drive new business opportunities.
• Contribute to defining and refining Enterprise prospecting best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in a customer-facing, marketing, or operations role.
• Experience working with Enterprise or large accounts is a strong plus.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution and hands-on campaign management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Engagement platforms (Salesloft preferred).
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
