Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of the Swedish market, identifying user and moderator pain points, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow a local community of volunteer moderators.
• Lead proactive initiatives to build strong relationships with local moderators.
• Innovate, iterate, refine, and scale our international consumer playbook for community growth.
• Generate insights from community relationships and experiments to accelerate growth in Sweden.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in strategic community management and operations.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of the Swedish market.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• Experience in developing and executing community relations and growth strategies.
