Responsibilities

• Spearhead the strategic direction for core products (Main App Trading, Loyalty Programs, VISA Card, Pay).
• Assist in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring key strategic initiatives.
• Develop deep subject matter expertise in areas like Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, and Crypto Payments.
• Develop optimal pricing strategies using Excel modeling and data insights.
• Conduct market research and analysis, producing thematic research memos.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Design and draft requirements for new products or features.
• Analyze product KPIs and recommend improvements for revenue and user engagement.
• Evaluate and drive strategic and investment opportunities.
• Project business results and engage in strategic discussions with management.
• Design and drive new features to success at a product level.
• Define and align business priorities with management at a company level.
• Generate industry insights and market views.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of work experience in a field requiring strong problem-solving skills (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, equity research).
• Highly structured approach to thinking, analysis, and output generation.
• Quick learner able to translate new knowledge into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive in identifying and addressing challenges/opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
