Strategy & Operations Manager

About the Role

As a Strategy & Operations Manager at Tilt, you will lead and grow a key fashion category, taking full ownership of its P&L and strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage data and creativity to drive significant business growth on a leading live shopping platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal and external leader for growing a new fashion category on Tilt
• Build and own the strategy for your categories to support their ongoing growth
• Identify new and creative ways to enable business growth
• Use data analytics skills, including SQL, to derive insights and drive growth
• Analyze category growth, success, and areas for improvement through data
• Lead marketing initiatives, such as influencer partnerships, to boost awareness and attract buyers
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales teams to scale the business
• Solve problems quickly to ensure seller satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced client-facing role in a high output environment (e.g., management consulting, finance/banking, or fast-paced tech)
• Proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions
• A core problem solver with a strong bias for action
• Strong relationship-building skills to engage and motivate people
• A good eye for fashion trends and what sells in live commerce
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and spot opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple sellers and projects effectively

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Live, or livestream commerce
