Systems Integration Manager

About the Role

As a Systems Integration Manager, you will be the primary technical point of contact for customer integrations, ensuring successful implementation and resolving complex issues in a fast-paced global SaaS environment. This role is crucial in enabling customers to seamlessly connect their systems with Deel's platform, contributing directly to their success and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integrations and API issues.
• Act as the escalation point for unresolved customer integration and API questions.
• Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions.
• Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution, including requirements, strategy, and testing.
• Develop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needs.
• Work with the Integrations and API Product team to address common challenges.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Deel’s product suite and its integrations.
• Create and update internal and external resources for self-serve integrations.
• Communicate regularly with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about project status and issues.
• Guide customers through integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful deployment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of API integrations.
• Proven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday and SAP.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages.
