Systems Integration Manager | APAC

About the Role

Join our team as a Systems Integration Manager, where you will be the key point of contact for managing and troubleshooting client integrations with our platform in the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical and project management skills to help global businesses seamlessly connect their systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integrations and API issues
• Act as the escalation point for unresolved customer integration and API questions
• Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions
• Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution, including requirements, strategy, and testing
• Develop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needs
• Work with the Integrations and API Product team to address common challenges
• Maintain deep knowledge of Deel’s product suite and its integrations
• Create and update internal and external resources for self-serve integrations
• Communicate regularly with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about project status and issues
• Guide customers through integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful deployment

Requirements

• 2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of API integrations
• Proven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday and SAP

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus
