Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to signed offer and onboarding.
• Implement and refine structured hiring processes, including interview scorecards and bias reduction practices.
• Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for effective team use.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers.
• Develop and report on recruiting metrics to inform strategy and guide decisions.
• Drive creative sourcing strategies through events, referrals, and outreach.
• Lead or support wider People Operations projects such as culture, training, and policy development.
• Improve diversity and reduce bias throughout the hiring process.
• Position Tilt as a top destination for exceptional talent.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally gained in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Proven experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Ashby experience is a significant plus.
• Demonstrated passion for rigorous and inclusive hiring methods, including structured interviews and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple roles and stakeholders concurrently.
• Eagerness to expand into and contribute to wider People Operations initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to authentically represent the company's mission and culture.
• Must be an ambitious, curious, relentless, and no-ego problem-solver excited to build the future of shopping.
