About the Role

Join Mistral AI as our foundational Talent Acquisition Specialist for the APAC region, playing a pivotal role in building our team across diverse functions. This full-stack recruiting role offers a unique opportunity to shape our talent acquisition strategy and processes from the ground up in a rapidly growing AI company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with tech and business hiring managers to identify and attract world-class talent across GTM, Corporate, and Solutions functions.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify unique candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit in highly competitive markets.
• Contribute significantly to shaping and optimizing Mistral AI's talent acquisition processes, documentation, and tooling.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation in our hiring systems and services.
• Successfully fulfill complex, multi-geography positions, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or at an executive search firm, with a focus on corporate environments.
• Proven expertise in recruiting for at least one of the following areas: Enterprise GTM roles, Corporate functions, or Product Engineering/Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in complex, autonomous, and outbound recruiting within highly competitive talent markets.
• Strong project management, organizational, and consultative skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English with international recruiting experience.
• A self-starter with a results-oriented, resourceful, and innovative mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Modernloop.
• A track record of successfully recruiting for both business and technical roles.
