About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Implementation Manager to lead the successful implementation of Deel’s comprehensive HR suite, guiding clients through the setup and migration process to ensure a seamless transition.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Deel’s HR solutions (HRIS, Compensation, Performance, Learning, Career, Recruiting).
- Consult clients on HR processes, policies, and best practices, tailoring the platform to their needs.
- Manage data migrations from legacy HR systems to Deel, ensuring accuracy, security, and integrity.
- Oversee project planning, timelines, stakeholder communication, and issue escalation for successful delivery.
- Provide expert training and guidance to clients on Deel’s features and functionality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Experience leading HRIS or HR solution implementations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Technical aptitude for managing data migrations and system configuration.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to consult clients on HR processes and best practices.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced environments.
