About the Role

Join our Global Sourcing Team as a Talent Sourcer, playing a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent to build the future of crypto. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels and strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and team dynamics.
• Utilize sourcing tools, platforms, and market intelligence to optimize candidate search and outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar candidate-generation role.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques, including boolean search, social media, and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse talent effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience sourcing for technical, product, or specialized roles within a global organization.
• Familiarity with the crypto or blockchain industry and its talent landscape.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
