• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Serve as a coach and leader, developing CSM skills to help customers achieve desired outcomes.
• Build, scale, own, optimize, and impact the revenue stream.
• Maximize team effectiveness to deliver greater value and grow customers.
• Organize and analyze customer and product data to identify and implement improvements for revenue growth.
