• Act as the primary point of contact for complex payroll inquiries and escalations related to France.
• Collaborate with internal HR, finance, and legal teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.
• Identify and implement improvements in payroll systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) in French payroll management, including in-depth knowledge of local regulations and statutory requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, capable of interacting with various stakeholders.
