Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Define, implement, and evolve comprehensive QA strategies, processes, and best practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Drive the adoption of test automation frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to embed quality early and often.
• Oversee the design and execution of various testing types, including functional, performance, security, and regression testing.
• Analyze and report on key quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior QA Engineer, with a strong focus on software quality assurance.
• Deep expertise in modern testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Solid understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
