Tech Recruiter (Project-Based)

About the Role

Join Bee Talents as a Tech Recruiter on a project basis, leveraging your expertise to build high-impact IT teams for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to gain diverse experience across various organizations while working remotely within Poland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end IT recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer management.
• Partner closely with clients to understand their organizational culture, values, and specific hiring needs.
• Utilize various tools for research and sourcing of potential candidates.
• Craft compelling job advertisements, personalized candidate messages, and provide timely feedback.
• Perform initial technical skill assessments during recruitment interviews.
• Act as an expert point of contact for both candidates and clients throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably across multiple organizations or recruitment agencies.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes independently from sourcing to offer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (depending on project requirements).
• Strong sense of ownership, work planning, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to analyze and present recruitment data, and a "light touch" in creating personalized communications.
• Proactive and honest communication style.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working in an RPO model.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, or similar.
