Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions and product feedback.
• Proactively identify and address technical challenges to ensure customer success and retention.
• Conduct technical reviews, performance tuning, and best practice guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Senior Support Engineer).
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
