Join our small but impactful Talent team as a Technical Recruiter, where you'll be more than just a hirer—you'll be a strategic partner to our Engineering and Product organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to attract and hire exceptional technical talent, deeply influencing our growth and scaling efforts.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical hiring process, from initial outreach to offer, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience, efficiency, and quality.
• Strategically manage expectations with stakeholders for top-of-funnel initiatives across Product Engineering and AI/ML teams.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic hiring plans for high-impact technical areas.
• Drive increased hiring velocity through proactive pipeline development, meticulous process management, and clear communication.
• Provide hiring teams with valuable market insights, funnel data, and best practices in technical recruiting to inform decision-making.
• Contribute to shaping the employer brand and refining outreach narratives specifically for technical candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within fast-growing, product-led technology environments.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring across diverse engineering domains, including backend, infrastructure, AI/ML, and security.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build robust relationships and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of conveying clear and compelling messages.
• Demonstrated high ownership mindset and adaptability in navigating ambiguity within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience recruiting in the fintech sector or for other high-growth tech startups.
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Notion.
