Technical Trainer - AI Infrastructure Products

About the Role

Join our team as a Technical Trainer to bridge the gap between complex AI infrastructure and customer success by designing hands-on training and creating high-impact, use-case-driven product demonstrations. This project-based role offers a unique opportunity to shape how enterprise users adopt cutting-edge GPUaaS technology through global travel and creative content production.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive, hands-on technical training sessions for enterprise customers at global sites and via remote platforms.
• Transform engineering-centric product flows into relatable, customer-focused video walkthroughs and documentation.
• Create and maintain a library of enablement artifacts, including Jupyter notebooks, quick-start guides, and architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate new feature releases into clear, actionable training materials.
• Deliver live technical demonstrations for customer discovery calls, webinars, and industry events.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years focused on cloud infrastructure, GPU computing, or HPC environments.
• Proficiency in Linux, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud CLI tooling.
• Working knowledge of deep-learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and GPU programming fundamentals (CUDA).
• 3+ years of formal experience in instructional design and technical curriculum development.
• Ability to produce high-quality instructional videos using tools like Camtasia, Loom, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Experience leveraging AI-powered productivity tools for automated content generation and video editing.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing solutions engineering or technical evangelism role.
• Strong ability to provide post-training support and gather actionable product feedback from technical practitioners.
